Missing...but does anyone care?

Every year, in our country, thousands of children go missing. What happens to them is anybody’s guess. A few manage to get united with their families. However, many end up without being traced. For a parent, a child missing is perhaps worse than death, since death at least has finality and does not leave you hanging. For the police however, missing children come low in their priority, especially if they belong to the lower strata of society.
