Is there someone out there?

American Space agency NASA's Mars Exploration Rover Mission recently found traces of what were believed to be dried up gullies of water on the surface of Mars. As these droplets of water, frozen in time on the Martian surface are making the Red Planet the focus of the world's attention, it has given rise to the eternal question yet again- Is there someone out there?
